Points system (v1)

Each race: division points = (N − division) × 2 (N = number of divisions), plus the ranking points below (crossing at least one checkpoint makes you a starter — a DNF keeps its ranking, no penalty). Not taking part costs 2 penalty points, canceled by a joker (2 per season, placed up to 1 h before the race). A race total never goes below 0.
